1. Syp. Zerin

2 tsf - thrice a day (if fever) - after meal for 3 day

2. Syp. Fenadin

1 tsf - twice a day - after meal for 5 days

Hope it will help the child.

If no improvement occurs then, consultation from child specialist may need to taken..
