Thanks for your Query to DaktarBhai . For insomnia , try doing Meditation for atleast 30 mins a day and Drink lots of water . Try doing Exercise atleast 1 hour a day . As far as medication is concerned , you are already taking one . Exercise and Meditation will help to take mind off the tension , hopefully and will work for your Insomnia too . Thanks.
